This website and store are operated under the name Wily Words.

Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Wily Words.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase products from the store.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information.

Colors and appearance may vary somewhat depending on your screen, device, or printing process.

Limited-edition products may be available only while supplies last.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, discontinue products, or change prices at any time.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment is collected at the time an order is placed.

For preorder products, payment is collected when the preorder is placed rather than when the product is ready to ship.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

PREORDERS

Preorder products are not immediately available for shipment.

The estimated production and shipping schedule displayed on the product page and in our Shipping Policy is an estimate.

Preorder customers agree that production and shipping may take longer than originally estimated.

Cancellation terms for individual preorders are described in the applicable product listing and our Return and Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the original artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, written content, website content, and other creative material made available through this store are owned by Wily Words or used with permission.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our artwork or other original content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design associated with that product.

AI SCRAPING AND AUTOMATED USE

You may not use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scrapers, data-mining tools, artificial-intelligence systems, or similar technologies to systematically collect, copy, reproduce, analyze, or create datasets from this website, its artwork, product images, written content, or other materials without our prior written permission.

This prohibition does not prevent ordinary search-engine indexing or other automated activity that is expressly permitted by applicable law or by our written instructions.

REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

This store and the products offered through it are not official FINAL FANTASY XIV merchandise.

Wily Words is an independent fan-created business/project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected to Square Enix or FINAL FANTASY XIV.

The FINAL FANTASY XIV name, logos, characters, game assets, and other intellectual property associated with FINAL FANTASY XIV are the property of their respective rights holders.

Our products are intended to consist of original FFXIVWrite-related artwork, branding, and creative work created by us, rather than reproductions of Square Enix's official artwork or merchandise.

Nothing on this website is intended to suggest that our products are official Square Enix products or that Square Enix has approved or endorsed our store.

We make no claim of ownership over Square Enix's intellectual property.

PROHIBITED USES
