SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: September 24, 2026

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the destination and applicable shipping method.

Wily Words currently offers:

• Limited-edition enamel pins: United States and international destinations where our available shipping services are supported.
• Print-on-demand merchandise: United States only.

Different products may be fulfilled separately. If an order contains products that are fulfilled by different vendors, you may be charged separate shipping charges for each fulfillment method.

This is because enamel pins are packaged and shipped directly by Wily Words, while print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

ENAMEL PIN SHIPPING

UNITED STATES

Enamel pin orders shipped within the United States will be sent using USPS Ground Advantage.

We expect domestic delivery to take approximately 2–5 business days after the package is mailed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL

International enamel pin orders will generally be shipped using USPS First-Class Package International Service or another appropriate USPS international service available for the destination.

International delivery times vary considerably by destination and are not guaranteed.

Some destinations may not be available for international shipping due to postal restrictions, service suspensions, customs requirements, or other circumstances outside our control.

Where available, USPS electronic delivery confirmation may provide delivery or attempted-delivery information. Tracking and delivery-confirmation availability varies by destination.

2026 LIMITED-EDITION ENAMEL PIN PREORDER

The 2026 limited-edition enamel pin is a preorder item.

PREORDER PERIOD

Preorders will be accepted from:

Sunday, September 27, 2026 through Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

The final manufacturing order will be placed on Monday, October 19, 2026.

Because the manufacturing order will be placed after the preorder closes, cancellations will no longer be accepted after the preorder period ends, except as specifically described below in the event of a qualifying production delay.

ESTIMATED PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

After the manufacturing order is placed:

• Manufacturing may take up to 15 days.
• Shipping from the manufacturer to Wily Words is expected to take up to 7 days.
• We currently estimate that the finished pins will arrive with us around Monday, November 9, 2026.
• We will then personally package and mail the orders.
• We expect to have all preorder orders packaged and shipped by Monday, November 23, 2026, at the latest, barring circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These dates are estimates, not guarantees.

We are intentionally providing a conservative time frame so that unexpected production or shipping delays can be accommodated.

PREORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel their enamel pin preorder for a full refund at any time before the preorder closes.

The cancellation deadline is:

Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

The manufacturing order will be placed on Monday, October 19, 2026, at which point fulfillment will have begun and cancellations will no longer be accepted, except as described below.

PRODUCTION DELAYS

If manufacturing or transportation is delayed, we will notify affected customers by email.

If a delay is expected to extend more than one month beyond the currently stated estimated timeline, customers will be given the option to cancel their preorder for a refund.

Shorter production or shipping delays do not automatically create a right to cancel.

MANUFACTURER FAILURE TO FULFILL

If our manufacturer becomes unable to fulfill the preorder, we will cancel the affected orders and issue refunds to customers.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for any:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Value-added tax (VAT)
• Brokerage or handling fees
• Other charges imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise.

Wily Words does not control the customs procedures or fees imposed by another country.

Please check your country's import requirements before placing an international order.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for accepting delivery of their packages.

If an international package cannot be delivered because:

• The recipient refuses the package
• Required customs charges are not paid
• The package is unclaimed
• The address is incorrect or incomplete
• The recipient otherwise fails to complete requirements necessary for delivery

The package may be returned to us or handled according to the postal or customs procedures of the destination country.

We cannot guarantee that an undeliverable international package will be returned to us.

If a package is returned to us, the original shipping charge will not be refunded. If the customer requests that the package be shipped again, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping charge.

LOST PACKAGES

If USPS tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, please contact us at ffxivwrite@gmail.com.

For packages showing a delivery exception or extended lack of movement, we may ask you to contact USPS first so that a missing-mail inquiry or other investigation can be initiated.

A package that is shown by USPS as delivered is not automatically considered lost. If you believe a package marked as delivered was not received, please contact USPS first and then contact us if USPS is unable to resolve the issue.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND MERCHANDISE

Print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment provider, shipping method, and destination.

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Print-on-demand merchandise is currently available for shipping within the United States only.
